1 General Terms & Conditions

By using 93 bdts (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform" or "we"), you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These terms take effect from the moment you register on 93 bdts.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please stop using 93 bdts and contact support to close your account. 93 bdts reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and users will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

2 Registration & Account Terms

Eligibility Requirements

• Each individual may only register one account.

Withdrawal Terms

93 bdts is committed to fast withdrawals. Withdrawals via bKash are typically processed within 15 minutes. However, 93 bdts reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal until KYC verification is complete or if suspicious activity is detected.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Each withdrawal request may be manually reviewed for security purposes.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets.

• Wagering must be completed within a set period from the date the bonus is claimed.

Referral Bonus

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed at 93 bdts are final once confirmed and cannot be changed. For live betting, odds may change at any time, and the odds at the moment of bet confirmation are considered final.

• Minimum bet amount is ৳10.
• Maximum bet amounts vary depending on the event and market.
• If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, 93 bdts reserves the right to void that bet.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 93 bdts. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance:

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Use of bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Registering with false or fabricated identity information.
• Coordinating with others to abuse the bonus system.

• Registering with false information.

12 Governing Law & Final Provisions
